Scottsdale Links Resort Restrictions & Fees

Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2025

A mandatory resort fee of $23.95 + tax per villa per day will be added to your reservation upon booking and includes Wi-Fi,recreational facilities (pools, spa, children's Splash Pad and garden playground), 24 hour Fitness Center, DVD rentals, seasonal activities, garden chess, garden gas grills, fire pit, 24 hour lobby coffee/tea, 24 hour business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2025

Please note, the resort requires a valid government-issued photo ID at time of check-in. The ID must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. If a member in the group will be checking in prior to the group leader, the group leader must contact the hotel's front desk prior to arrival and provide the necessary information. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2025

The resort requires a refundable security deposit of $200 per unit at check-in. This fee must be paid with a major credit card. Cash and pre-paid debit card deposits are not accepted. Guests may be required to present a valid form of identification. Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) occupying the room throughout the entire stay. — 3/8/2021 - 12/31/2025
