A mandatory Damage Protection Fee is due upon booking and is non-refundable. Any and all damages must be reported to the rental company. Damage Protection does not cover soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, failure to remove garbage from the property, leaving the house excessively dirty, or any associated charges if a service technician must be called the property for an emergency situation. Any charges for an emergency technician will be charged to the guest's card on file with the Tour Operator. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory departure cleaning fee will be added to your reservation upon booking based on the home size. A $75 garbage removal fee will be assessed if there is excessive garbage left around the city provided garbage cans. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

All rental properties are strictly non-smoking. A $1,000 fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the rental property. If guests smoke outside, all cigarette/cigar butts are required to be removed from the property. Guests will be charged an additional $1,000 if any butts are found on or around the property. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

A refundable damage deposit of $1,000 is required to be paid to the Rental Company as a credit card hold upon booking. This fee applies for any guests who are local to Arizona or under the age of 25. This deposit may cover any fees assessed that are not covered by the Damage Protection Fee. The hold will be released after check out less any accrued fees. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Most homes located in residential neighborhoods are controlled by a Home Owner Association. These associations have very strict rules that must be respected. Most violations warrant a fine that the guest will be responsible for paying. Many rental properties prohibit the onsite parking of recreational vehicles, personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc.) and/or restrict the number of motorized vehicles per rental unit. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
