*** Global Vacation Rentals / Tour operator terms and conditions pertaining to vacation home rental: Any additional charges accumulated during a guest’s stay at Global Vacation Rentals, will be billed directly by the tour operator to the credit card(s) provided at the time of booking as outlined and agreed to in the Global Vacation Rentals Registration Form. As outlined in the Global Vacation Rentals registration form, the charges include but are not limited to pet or smoking fees, replacement of towels/linens, packages/holding fees, missing/damaged/misused items, violation of quiet hours, or cleaning and check out fees. If your reservation includes more than one unit, please ensure you receive all applicable check-in instructions. If you have not received all sets, please reach out to the Tour Operator as soon as possible. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES as provided and enforced by Global Vacation Rentals: Guests are required to perform the following tasks prior to checkout and understand that failure to perform these tasks will result in an additional charge ranging between $150.00 - $350.00: • Rinse and place dirty dishes in the dishwasher • Close and lock all doors and windows • Remove all debris and dishes from the pool and patio area • Place any furniture that has been moved back to the original location • Collect all loose trash in trash bags and place them in the kitchen or the trash bin outside the front door. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory departure fee will be added to your reservation upon booking (rate will vary based on condo or home size) — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Pool/Jacuzzi heat is optional, fees will apply. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Global Vacation Rentals damage waiver policy: A mandatory damage waiver that cover up to $1500 per home/condo will be added to your reservation upon booking: $60 (2 & 3 bedrooms), $75 (4 bedrooms). Any and all damages to the home or property, including any found upon arrival, must be reported directly to Global Resort Homes by calling 800-280-9516, 407-387-3030, or 800-445-7318 (for emergency), within 24 hours. Any unreported damages will not be covered by the accidental damage waiver. Bedding, linens, and towels are not covered under the accidental damage waiver. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029

Please note, rental management companies enforce strict cancellation terms and policies throughout the year including poor weather forecast (force majeure excluded). We strongly suggest guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment. — 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2100
