These units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2029

Stay Breeze Management looks forward to your arrival and makes every effort preparing the resort for your vacation. The Resort check in time starts at 4:00 pm and continues until all reservations are prepared for occupancy; your actual check in time may vary. On the day of your arrival, Stay Breeze Management will send you a text with reservation and check-in details. Stay Breeze Resort accommodations are privately owned, bedding options and check in time is not guaranteed, subject to change and availability. — 10/3/2024 - 12/31/2029

All units are non-smoking. Guests determined to have been smoking inside the unit will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee. — 10/3/2024 - 12/31/2029

Guests are responsible for any linen/towel damages or losses. Towels, linens, blankets and bedspreads are not permitted to leave the unit nor be used at the beach or pool. — 10/3/2024 - 12/31/2029

A Departure Cleaning Fee and Linen fee will be added to the reservation upon booking and varies per unit. — 10/3/2024 - 12/31/2029

A non-refundable Reservation Damage Waiver (RDW) will be added to the reservation upon booking and varies per unit. This fee will cover up to $1000 of accidental damage that must be reported to the resort immediately and/or before guests departure date. — 10/3/2024 - 12/31/2029

*** IMPORTANT: Registration forms will be sent to guests directly by email from the resort management, Stay Breeze, upon booking with the Tour Operator. These online forms must be completed within 72 hours of receipt and returned directly to the resort. Reservations will be cancelled by the resort if registration forms are not completed within the allotted timeframe. ****Closer to arrival, guests will receive a call from Stay Breeze Reservations to put a credit card on file for incidentals or any additional applicable charges. — 10/3/2024 - 12/31/2029

If the rented unit is not in its original condition or is left excessively dirty, the Guest will be charged a fee of a minimum of $150 for additional cleaning time. The final fee is based on the condition of the property. This additional fee will be charged solely at the discretion of STAY BREEZE and is non-refundable.
