About Myrtle Beach National King's North Course

One of three premier layouts at Myrtle Beach National Golf Club, King's North is an Arnold Palmer-designed gem offering several memorable holes. Redesigned by "The King" in 1996, King's North made its way onto Golf Digest's prestigious list of "America's 100 Greatest Public Courses - 2004" and Golf Digest's "Places to Play" has awarded it 4.5 STARS ever since. Plus, from 2000-2004 Golf for Women ranked it their "Top 100 Courses in America." King's North features 18 of the most dramatic and picturesque holes you'll ever encounter. The par-5 6th hole (nicknamed "The Gambler") features an island fairway that offers a "risk-reward" shortcut to the green. The par-4 finishing hole at 18, features an array of 40 bunkers escorting you to an exciting finish of an exhilarating round.
