About Hampton Cove - Highlands Course
The northern gateway to the Trail is Hampton Cove in Huntsville, a 54-hole facility with terrain that drastically changes from one side of the property to the other. Renovated in 2008, The Highlands course has been restored to its original Scottish Links design. Completely opposite in design is the River course, the only Robert Trent Jones layout without a single bunker. The River Course is a throwback to the way courses were built long ago. The dirt was merely pushed up to create the greens and tees, leaving all else, including massive oak trees, undisturbed. The Highlands course is one of the gems of the Trail. The finishing holes are scenic and challenging. One of the most recognizable landmarks on the Trail is the old mule barn beside the fifth hole.

Hampton Cove - Highlands Course Restrictions & Fees
Robert Trent Jones Trail imposes a strict deposit and cancellation policy. These policies will supersede the policies of the Tour Operator. A deposit of $150 per person is due at booking for any Robert Trent Jones Trail packages. Any cancellations, full or partial, are 100% refundable if cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 30 days -16 days prior to arrival will forfeit $75 per golfer. Any cancellations within 15 days or less prior to arrival forfeit $100 per golfer. Full payment due by 30 days prior to arrival. Any hotel stay cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the first night’s stay plus tax. Any golf cancellations made on the day of play will be issued a rain check. — 1/1/2020 - 12/31/2029
