To ensure all guests enjoy their vacation, Sand Hollow Resort requires a strict non-disturbance policy banning all public intoxication, property damage, violence or threats of violence, unlawful activity, and other nuisances, including excessively loud noises, between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. In addition, no pets or smoking are allowed at the Rental Property. Failure to comply with this non-disturbance policy may result in fines and/or immediate removal of the Guests and Occupants from the property and forfeiture of any monies paid, at the sole discretion of Sand Hollow Resort. The Guest is fully responsible for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind. The Guest authorizes VRSHR to charge the Guest's credit card for any related fines and compensation for damages. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

Upon arrival, Guest is advised to inspect the Rental Property and report in writing any pre-existing damage, including, but not limited to, inoperable or damaged furnishings, appliances, fixtures or landscaping. Sand Hollow Resort will take immediate reasonable efforts to remedy or mitigate the reported issues. Guest may not cancel the Rental Agreement or receive a refund of any payments due to any such issues. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2025
