Sand Hollow Resort Restrictions & Fees

A mandatory resort fee per unit per night will be add to your reservation upon booking and is based on unit size. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

A mandatory departure cleaning fee for condos and homes will be added to your reservation upon booking. Fees vary depending on unit. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

Please note, these units are self-catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

Upon arrival, Guest is advised to inspect the Rental Property and report in writing any pre-existing damage, including, but not limited to, inoperable or damaged furnishings, appliances, fixtures or landscaping. Sand Hollow Resort will take immediate reasonable efforts to remedy or mitigate the reported issues. Guest may not cancel the Rental Agreement or receive a refund of any payments due to any such issues. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2025

Please note, rental management companies enforce strict cancellation terms and policies throughout the year including poor weather forecast. We strongly suggest guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2025

A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

All Sand Hollow properties are inspected before and after each reservation. Guest agrees to pay for any damage to the Rental Property caused by Guest or any other Occupant, for excessive cleaning required after check-out, and for missing or damaged contents in the Rental Property occurring during the Guest's stay. Guest understands Sand Hollow Resort will charge the Tour Operator for any additional fees. The Tour Operator will charge the Guest's credit card for amounts to compensate for any aforementioned damages, losses, or cleaning. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

Sand Hollow Resort will deliver the Rental Property to Guest in a professionally-cleaned condition and include linens and towels. Daily maid service is not provided. Guest is advised to leave the Rental Property reasonably clean to avoid an additional fee for excessive cleaning, as provided herein. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029

Sand Hollow Resort is not liabile for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by but not limited to the following: weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. There shall be no refunds available as such instances are beyond the control of Sand Hollow Resort. It is highly recommended that Guest considers travel and/or rental insurance. — 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2029
