Forecaddies are Mandatory on Teeth of the Dog & Dye Fore. Caddie Fee’s are not included in the package and are to be paid in cash directly to the caddie. Rates below include the tip per group: • Two Players $50 total for both players • Three Players $80 total for all three players • Four Players $80 total for all four players • Walking Caddie Carrying a Bag $80 per bag carried. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
