    Homewood Suites By Hilton Bonita Springs Restrictions & Fees

    The hotel will undergo a full renovation of guest suites, public areas, and the pool area from September 1 - November 30, 2024. The renovation includes but is not limited to window dressing, carpets, bedding, fixtures and decorations. Guests rooms are available during the renovation and guests will be placed on hallways with no construction. Renovation work will occur between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Signs will also be placed to direct guests to a temporary Front Desk while the lobby is renovated. The dates for the pool closure are to be determined. — 9/1/2024 - 11/30/2024
