Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
Please note, this resort operates on a no refund policy once you have checked in no refunds will be issued. Please make sure to inspect your assigned unit and inform front office staff of any concerns within 1 hour of check-in. Any identified concerns will be addressed within 24 hours by resort. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
Parking passes will be issued as follows: 1 Bedroom: 1 Pass, 2 Bedroom: 2 Passes, 3 & 4 Bedroom 3 Passes (two for parking garage and one for overflow parking located across the street behind the Pace View). Additional parking may be purchased at the mini-mart across the street for an additional $20 + tax per vehicle per day. — 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2029
