A mandatory damage waiver of $89 per unit including tax will be added to your reservation. All damages must be reported to be covered by the damage waiver fee. — 9/30/2017 - 12/31/2029
Changes made to an existing reservation are subject to a $25 change fee, per change made, per unit, if excessive. — 9/30/2018 - 12/31/2029
A mandatory departure cleaning & disinfecting fee will be added to your reservation upon booking as follows: 3 Bedroom $400 + tax, 4 Bedroom $420 + tax and Spyglass $450 + tax. — 6/1/2024 - 12/31/2029
