3/12/08 - I would like you to know that my experience with Tee Times USA was excellent from the first person I spoke with to the last person I spoke with. The accommodations were good and though we weren't crazy about the golf at the Dolphin, we loved the golf at Hammock Bay. We will definitely use you in the future. Thanks. 3/12/08 - I am going to fill out your review section but wanted to let you know we were all very happy. The accommodations were fine except for some rowdy guests. The courses were nice and got better each day until we ended up at World Woods, which was incredible. Thanks for working with us and all our changes and answering all our questions. 3/07/08 - I guess you didn't get my e-mail that I sent the minute that we got back. As I stated when we got to our destination I learned that our group had not booked any tee times. I called your company and spoke to a gentleman named Joe I advised him of our predicament and that we wanted to play golf on five different days. With no hesitation and with genuine concern he advised me that he would do what he could given the short notice. Much to my surprise he got back to me within a hour and had five tee times booked at five different locations. Had it not been for JOE we would of been playing mini putt for the week. You should be proud to have people like Joe working for you. Because of his actions there is no doubt that I will check with your company before booking any future trips. My four friends that were on the golf trip all feel the same. (P.S., the courses that were chosen were all top notch and catered to the variety of handicaps in our group). 03/06/08 - This was the 10th year we have used your services and as always everything was really first class. 03/06/08 - Overall, we had a great time. I certainly was impressed with Tee Times USA's handling of our arrangements. You gave us plenty of options, which was greatly appreciated. The courses were excellent. The tee times were nearly what we asked for, even though I didn't give you much advance notice. Wonderful weather, warm and sunny (it’s winter in Germany, cold and wet, you know) and a lot of very nice guys. 02/28/08 - I would like to call to your attention a member of your staff who exhibited great patience and wonderful support throughout our recent golf trip to Cocoa Beach Florida from February 8-29. Unexpected health complications required us to make several modifications to our original plans before we left home. Once we arrived, additional medical problems forced us to make changes in the dates of our stay at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront Resort and cancel all but one of our golf reservations. Throughout this period Robyn was not only very competent and professional in implementing the many changes we requested, but showed genuine concern for the state of my health. Overall, it was the best golf travel experience that I have ever had and I cannot say enough about the professional, coordinated way in which Tee Times USA ensured that our trip would be such a success. Everything went off without a hitch (except for all the bunkers I found at Heron Bay!) and I've already given your name and contact details to others that have voiced an interest in a U.S. golf vacation. 02/25/08 -Wanted to commend you on your recommendations for Metrowest and Grand Cypress. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed playing these courses. Valerie and the others that aided me in scheduling tee times and courses, were the best and most courteous that I have found. Their patience and knowledge was much appreciated in my effort to find the correct and right course. Will go no where else next year when wanting to play. Thanks again!!! 2/25/08 - We plan to return next year, a unanimous decision, and very much enjoyed the accommodations. The best course marks went to Mustang at Green Links, and we likely will add the Flamingo to our itinerary next year. And, as I previously wrote, our compliments to you and your associates for your thorough attention to our requests, including arranging the condo units nearby each other.
